The MYOB system operating in our Staff and Shareholder shop at Blackmores was initially set up by Mark Humphreys and he remains the point of contact for any issues that arise.
Over the past few months Mark has assisted us in setting up a portable shopfront for Blackmores at the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival and the World Masters Games. I couldn't say anything less than Mark was fantastic, our system worked without any major problems and he was always available for consultation on any questions that we might have. Most of the staff who used Retail Manager over this period had no prior knowledge of MYOB but Mark's knowledge, advice and instruction was always straightforward, it was very obvious that he knew the system exceedingly well. Canberra Glassworks is a not-for-profit arts and cultural facility that has just celebrated its first birthday.
